We offer a choice of two Quality Pre-purchase reports and a Structural Assessment option:
Express Survey - $375 +GST
Detailed Survey - $625 +GST
Structural Assessment - $250 +GST + cost of Express or Detailed Survey
P.O.A. for commercial properties
Please note that we require payment prior to the report being produced.

Structural Assessment add-on:
Property Check are in partnership with Kirk Roberts Consulting Engineers to provide this excellent safe guard option. Our Building Surveyors findings and reports are reviewed by a Structural Engineer. A structural assessment review and sign off is then provided from a Structural Engineer registered with IPENZ. Many insurers are requesting this option as part of their conditions to insuring a property.
