  • Call Property Check now to discuss your house purchase and the ways in which we can help you
  • We will then send a Property Check inspector to investigate the Property File which is held at the local council and then conduct a thorough inspection on the property
  • Any issues discovered during the inspection will be further investigated. Where possible this will happen while the inspector is onsite in an efficient and effective manner to avoid unnecessary delays and re-inspection fees
  • At Property Check we have a full-time In-house designer which means that you have immediate access to solutions for any issues regarding your property
  • Their findings will be presented to you in a detailed report within 2-3 days of the inspection.
